The PG Supportive Housing Program (PG SHP) is a 7-unit permanent supportive housing program for homeless families with mental illness and/or disabilities. Operating under contract directly with the Washington DC HUD field office, this project-based rental assistance program is HUD funded and provides funds for rent, operations and services. Applicants are referred or self-referred and are processed through the Continuum of Care coordinated assessment and entry system. Comprehensive supportive services are provided by the VOAC Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP), and Targeted Case Management Program.
Services offered include, but are not limited to:
- Permanent supportive housing with rent subsidies
- Comprehensive supportive services
- Housing counseling
- Landlord mediation
- Eviction prevention
- Substance Abuse Services

Mon. thru Fri. – 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
