Dr. Ron Flack Jr. comes to us with over fifteen years of behavioral health & leadership experience. Ron holds various credentials & degrees, including but not limited to, an international certification for alcohol and drug services, a national certification for alcohol and drug services, a master certified behavioral health coaching certification, an associate degree in Arts, a bachelor’s degree in health and human services, a bachelor’s degree in biblical studies, a master’s degree in divinity, and a doctorate degree in biblical counseling. Ron is a true believer in serving humanity through community-based resources and services. He’s served on various boards, groups, initiatives, and caucuses that were focused on serving those that struggle with substance use and mental health disorders, the need for prevention education and services, and developmental disabilities.

“I am very excited to have Ron on board. His depth of experience in North Carolinas Behavioral Health and Substance Use Disorder services is exactly what is needed to step in and lead the expansion efforts in the Carolinas. His ministry and passion for servicing those in need will play a huge role in our mission, vision, and values.”

– Tiana Joyner, Senior Vice President

Dr. Ron deems the greatest thing outside of the Holy Ghost, is the love of his life, Lady Erica Flack. Married for 15 + years, they both serve the body of Christ as a duo, to restore order to the place of ministry, marketplace, and matrimony. Dr. Ron is the proud father of four amazing children and grandfather to 4 beautiful grandchildren.

His focus in life is to educate, empower, and emancipate all that will listen to the love and life of the Lord Jesus Christ. He maintains a focus to always present himself, not as an expert, but as a student that serves all. He believes beyond anything, anyone lost, can be won by the LOVE OF JESUS CHRIST.

“I am honored to have this opportunity to join this amazing VOACC family as we look forward to the future.”

– Dr. Ron Flack

We welcome Ron to the Chesapeake & Carolinas family and look forward to his leadership, strategic skill set and passion for the communities we serve.
